回転寿司店のデザイン力丸行列のできる人気店 sushi go round RIKIMARU Himeji

設計をご依頼頂いた回転寿司「力丸 J R 姫路駅店」さんがオープンしました。

回転寿司デザイン実例力丸JR姫路駅店

兵庫県姫路市に本拠地をかまえる回転寿司チェーン力丸寿司の新規出店です。物件は世界遺産姫路城を正面に臨む J R 姫路駅に付属する商業施設の一角。観光客の取り込みも重視すべきロケーションであったため、姫路市特有の要素を店舗デザインに生かしたいと考えました。待合スペースには姫路城の石垣を模した壁を配置し、内装のメインアイテムとなる天井から吊られた暖簾は、地元姫路で活躍する藍染アーティストの棉屋さんによる作品です。約 80 本の手染めの暖簾が、シンプルな空間に柔らかさを与えています。

Rikimaru is a kaitenzushi (conveyor-belt sushi) restaurant based in Himeji city in the Hyogo prefecture. It takes part of the commercial center situated in Himeji JR station facing the most famous and the world heritage Himeji Castle. This very characteristic situation results in most of the customers would be tourists visiting the city. It implies that the design should accommodate characteristic elements from Himeji. The waiting space was covered in stone materials, reminding the historical fortification wall in the Castle. The main design point was made by hanging several Noren (traditional Japanese fabric dividers) pieces from the ceiling around the counter and over the conveyer belt. These Noren was made by Wataya; a Himeji local and traditional indigo dying artist. About 80 pieces of hand-dyed Noren provide this simple space with a sophisticated high-end feeling.
